I’m Rachel Fetters,

I'm a pastor, scholar, and fellow seeker of truth. I help spiritually curious people find meaning in scripture and in their own stories.

I offer a space where your questions are honored, your experiences are valued, and scripture becomes a living story that speaks to real life.

At Sacred Narratives, we read the Bible as a conversation between ancient wisdom and your modern journey. Want to explore more? Sign up for our weekly email and receive a thoughtful reflection each Sunday morning.

Welcome to Sacred Narratives

At Sacred Narratives, worship and learning come together in ways that are simple, meaningful, and inclusive. Alongside weekly reflections and spiritual resources, I now offer intergenerational worship plans and curriculum, created in partnership with Dandelion Marketplace, for churches of all sizes.

What We Offer

Each curriculum and reflection invites churches and individuals to grow in faith together—within the time and tools they already have. These intergenerational materials are:
• Rooted in Wesleyan theology—grounded in grace, community, and transformation.
• Designed for small congregations—low-tech, flexible, and ready to use in worship or small groups.
• Inclusive and participatory—engaging children, youth, and adults in shared storytelling and reflection.

I’m a provisional deacon in the United Methodist Church with more than a decade of ministry experience in both the largest and smallest congregations. My work with low-tech rural churches and an online community of spiritual seekers has shaped these resources to meet real-life needs with grace and practicality.

These offerings reflect my belief that scripture is a living conversation between God and God’s people—one that honors our questions, values our experience, and calls us to embody love and grace in community.

Start a new relationship the familiar stories that shape us.
